Conference Facilities
The Ivy House Hotel has two purpose built Conference and Banqueting Suites. The Beeches and The Marlborough Suite.
The Marlborough Suite
The Marlborough Suite is the centre piece of the ground floor Conference
Suite in the main building. It has been completely refurbished for
business meetings and private banqueting. It is traditionally furnished, has natural daylight and is equipped with modern conference audio aids.
Adjoining it is the Reception Lounge and nearby is the Churchill Room. This room may be used individually or in total and self contained for
residential conferences / syndicate usage. Additionally they may be used as adjunct meetings rooms to the Beeches conference suites.

The Beeches
The Beeches is a new purpose built conference and business centre
adjoining the Ivy House Hotel. It has been specially designed for multiple
purpose use for conferences up to 100 delegates theatre styles and 10-50 boardroom. The suites are traditionally furnished, have natural
light and are well ventilated. A complete range of audio visual equipment is available. The meeting room facilities include
The Beeches Suite (70 sq. M's).
The Beeches has its own entrance/reception and car park. This allows business delegates complete privacy to carry out meetings without
interference or distraction from other hotel guests. However between business sessions all the facilities of a 3 star hotel are available!
Our residential Conference Manager will ensure that your requirements are dealt with efficiently and will co-ordinate your programme
personally, our catering facilities are near at hand including bars, restaurant, private dining room and (weather permitting) the Sun Terrace.
